These plants are based on a reliable, flexible and trouble-free VPSA (Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption) process and designed for on-stream applications with need for low cost gaseous oxygen with purity up to 94 vol.-%.
Linde Oxygen VPSA plants range in the size of approx. 400 Nm³/h up to 6,000 Nm³/h with an oxygen product purity of 90 to 94 vol.-%.
In the capacity range of 400 Nm³/h to 1,800 Nm³/h, Linde can offer fully standardized and containerized VPSA plants within several pre-engineered plant types (Linde C-series).
These plants are designed for easy accessibility, maintenance and remarkably reduced field construction/commissioning time. The plants are easily relocatable.
In the range of 50 Nm³/h up to 500 Nm³/h oxygen Linde can provide the basic PSA process (without vacuum regeneration).
