Over 3000 process heating plants for 750 customers worldwide have been designed and supplied by Bertrams Heatec. The well proven design provides an economic and reliable process heating system of a wide range of various feed stocks. The particular features of Bertrams Heatec‘s process heating systems represent a long-term, cost-effective and environmentally sound solution. High reliability and on-stream availability and low operating cost of the plants is achieved by special design features and the use of proven high-quality plant components. Modular skid design of the Fired Heater reduces erection time and costs at site. The fully fabricated Fired Heater is thoroughly tested before they leave the workshop.
Bertrams Heatec offers the full range from engineering, procurement, and construction. Commissioning and start-up of the plants as well as operator training and after-sales service are performed by experienced specialists.
