Linde in the Gulf of Mexico

In 2000, the four largest air fractionators in the world will start operating in a factory that Linde built in the Gulf of Mexico. The plant provides nitrogen for the oil extraction process in the Cantarell Oil fields of the national Petroleos Mexicanos Coportivo (Pemex). In 2005, Linde received a follow up order from PEMEX to extend the complex by adding a fifth section.
