Pressure Swing Adsorption Plants

In addition to the classic low temperature rectification process, the practice-proven pressure swing adsorption process (PSA) is used in Linde air separation plants with capacities up to 200 t/d of oxygen (purity 90 to 94 vol.-%) and 200 t/d of nitrogen (purity 98 to 99.99 vol.-%).
