Pyrolysis Furnaces for Ethylene Production
High temperature pyrolysis of gasoil, naphtha, LPG, ethane or propane by steam cracking in tubular fired heaters based on the Linde PYROCRACK technology.
By choosing between various options for the cracking coil the yields for ethylene and propylene can be varied over a wide range.
The burners are designed for low NOx and low noise emissions.
Gas and oil can be used as fuel. Combustion air preheat can be offered, in case maximum thermal efficiency is required.
The heat capacity of the hot flue gases is used to a maximum to preheat feed, boiler feed water and to generate process steam.
Control and supervision of furnace operation by advanced process control technology is available.
