Adsorption & Membrane Plants
We have designed and delivered over 900 pressure swing adsorption (PSA) plants to date, including some of the world’s largest units. Our proven high-performance PSA systems provide reliable and cost-effective separation and purification technology for a wide range of process gases.
Capacities range from small plants producing a few hundred Nm3/h to large-scale plants with feed gas flows of over 400,000 Nm3/h. The PSA systems are suitable for a vast number of applications in the refining, petrochemical, chemical, iron/steel and mining industries.
Our PSA technology is simple to operate and ensures high product recovery rates and low operating costs. By using special design features and proven, high-quality plant components, these PSA plants deliver outstanding reliability and on-stream availability.
A modular, skid design reduces assembly time and cuts costs on site. Each fully prefabricated skid is thoroughly tested before it leaves the workshop. Our experienced specialists commission and start up each plant. They also train operators and provide supporting customer services.
