Conventional Training

Training Simulators
We offer two state-of-the-art operator training solutions designed to elevate workforce expertise. These training tools provide immersive, hands-on learning experiences tailored to real-world plant challenges.
OTS (Operator Training Simulator): This advanced training simulator replicates real-world Distributed Control System (DCS) environments, offering hands-on experience with alarms, interlocks, troubleshooting and startup/shutdown processes. OTS draws on detailed dynamic process models and physics to precisely replicate plant performance and visualize the results on "live" plant screens. Working with system interfaces and controllers and guided by expert trainers, operators develop the critical skills to master workflows and complex logic.
eOTS (essential Operator Training Simulator): This training simulator focuses on process dynamics, theoretical concepts and operator decision-making confidence. It provides training through "what-if" scenarios like pump failures or valve malfunctions, visualizing processes through simplified graphics and basic controls. It is ideal both for experienced operators who wish to train independently and for new operators who require guided sessions. eOTS builds foundational skills for managing both normal and abnormal conditions.
